DIRECTIONS
286 MILE SQUARE ROAD
From Central Park Avenue: Exit Palmer Road West - Turn RIGHT at the Stop sign onto Palmer
Road. Go to next light (about 1 mile). Turn RIGHT ont Mile Square Road. House is the 12th house on your right. [Numbers
do not run in sequence.] Look for a white Tudor house with blue trim. Park on the street and walk up the driveway to the
entrance. Walk right in.
From Saw Mill River Parkway: Exit Palmer Road. From South, turn RIGHT onto Palmer Road.
From North, go down side street to Palmer Road, turn RIGHT onto Palmer Road. Go to the second street light. Turn LEFT onto
Mile Square Road. House is the 12th house on your right. [See above.]
From Tuckahoe Road: From Central Avenue:
Take Tuckahoe Road past Staples, past Shop Rite, past Thruway entrance, past Royal Regency Hotel. On your left is a Mobil
Gas Station and a Gulf Gas Station. Turn LEFT onto Mile Square Road, between the two gas stations. Go up hill, pass 4 Stop
signs, bear left on Mile Square Road. Look on your left for a white Tudor house with blue trim. [See above.]

PARK HILL AVENUE
From Saw Mill River Parkway-From North:Exit 4A, Rumsey Road. Go straight down Rumsey Road until the
road forks. Bear LEFT at the fork, (Park Hill Avenue South). At light make a LEFT (Wendover Street). Go around the block,
3 Right turns. You are back on Park Hill Avenue. The school is on our right, a beige colonial house with green trim. Park
on the street and enter at the side of the house.
From Saw Mill River Parkway-From South: There is no direct exit.
Take Exit 5A, Palmer Road, turn LEFT onto Palmer Road, go under the underpass, turn left onto side street. Go down street
and get back on the Parkway, heading South. Exit 4A, Rumsey Road. [Follow directions above.]
From Cross County
Parkway: Go West. Exit 1:Rumsey Road. Bear LEFT. [Follow directions above.]
From Riverdale: Go down Riverdale
Avenue to Valentine Lane. Turn RIGHT onto Valentine Lane. Continue to Broadway. Turn LEFT. Go one block. Turn RIGHT.
Go straight to McLean Avenue. Turn RIGHT onto McLean. Go to light. Make a left U-turn onto Park Hill Avenue. The School
is two blocks on your right, [See above.].
From points in Yonkers: From Central Avenue go to McLean Avenue. Go
West down McLean Avenue. Pass Tibbetts Road, pass Saw Mill Parkway, road curves until it gets to a fork. The former School
13, (now apartments)is at the fork. Bear RIGHT. Go up hill, [Park Hill Avenue]. School is two blocks on your right, [See
above.].
